The Hoist FR 60/80 is a high-capacity extendable counterweight forklift engineered for machinery moving, industrial rigging, plant relocation, and heavy-equipment installation.

With its chassis retracted, the FR 60/80 provides a rated lifting capacity of 60,000 pounds at a 36-inch load center. Extending the counterweight frame increases its capacity to 80,000 pounds at a 36-inch load center.

The adjustable wheelbase provides additional stability for heavier loads. When retracted, the forklift maintains a shorter footprint for improved maneuverability and easier transportation between projects.

A hydraulic telescopic boom expands the machine’s capabilities beyond traditional fork handling. It allows rigging crews to perform overhead picks and precisely position machinery, generators, transformers, industrial presses, and other large equipment.

Hoist’s Quick-Change Fork System enables crews to switch between the forks and boom without tools. Removable, stackable counterweights and a collapsible boom stand also help simplify transportation and jobsite setup.

The Hoist FR 60/80 extendable counterweight forklift features a GM 4.3L LPG engine and a two-speed hydrostatic drive. An onboard load calculator helps operators determine available capacity based on the attachment, counterweight configuration, chassis extension, and load center.

Available options include remote control, side-shifting independent fork positioning, camera systems, lifting rings, specialized boom attachments, and additional work lights.
