Our Sales Team is Formed by Forklifts and Material Handling Industry Specialists. Divided between Chicago, IL and Fort Myers, FL.
I apply 20 years of industry experience to create strategies for team success and manage multiple National Accounts for Marina Forklifts. I maintain industry relationships with an end goal to buy and sell material handling equipment, with an emphasis on large capacity machines.
I specialize in working with end users in a variety of different industries including lumber, building supply, and paper. I also work with a multitude of forklift dealers everyday in buying and selling used equipment, consisting of a plethora of different brands and capacities.
I am originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin and have lived in Chicago for 5 years now, I specialize in the selling of older aged inventory for the company while having knowledge of current resale market values for any material handling or aerial lift equipment.
I'm applying my 28 years of lift truck experience to better serve our customers, continue to grow Forklift Exchange, maintain past lift truck dealer relationships, and manage multiple National Accounts for new and used high-capacity lift trucks.

Our Service Team is Divided between Chicago, IL and Fort Myers, FL. Guillermo covers the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast.
Jessica handles the East Coast of Florida, and Mike manages the West Coast of Florida.
I’m Mike Kaser, and I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in May of 2019, and I’ve been working at Forklift Exchange since. I started my career in procurement, then transitioned into Service Manager / General Manager at our Bedford Park, IL facility. I recently moved down to Florida at the beginning of April 2023, and I now coordinate all service repairs for the West Coast of Florida. I like to spend my free time fishing, boating, and golfing.
Our Parts Team is Based out of Bedford Park, IL, and is Comprised of Machinery Industry Experts.
I've been working at Forklift Exchange for four years, started working at Hoist for one year, then transferred over to Forklift Exchange in 2019. I have a background in Supply Chain Management but transferred over to Parts sales about a year ago in the Chicago office. Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I graduated from Indiana University in 2018 with a Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics degree. In my free time, I like to play music, travel to new places worldwide, and enjoy the good weather outside.
I’m Isaac, and I’ve been with Forklift Exchange for two years. I started in equipment sales, then moved to parts after a year. I graduated from Ball State University with a Business Administration and Marketing degree. I enjoy golfing and catching up with friends and family in my free time.
