2026 HOIST FR 25/35

The 2026 Hoist FR 25/35 Gen 2 is purpose built for machinery movers, rigging contractors, millwrights and industrial contractors that need high lifting capacity in a compact footprint. Its extendable counterweight design allows the machine to increase lifting capacity when needed while maintaining a compact overall footprint when the counterweight is retracted.

The Gen 2 FR 25/35 introduces significant updates to the powertrain, drivetrain, hydraulic controls and operator compartment, with a major focus on giving the operator greater control and precision when handling machinery and other high value loads.

The Gen 2 FR 25/35 features fully proportional electronic over hydraulic controls designed to provide smooth and precise load handling. Hydraulic functions can be individually adjusted for response and proportionality, allowing the machine to be tuned to the operator and application.

Adjustable Creep Mode provides additional control during slow, precise positioning while maintaining full hydraulic responsiveness, making it especially useful when setting machinery in tight spaces.

The Gen 2 operator compartment features a relocated MD4 touchscreen display for improved visibility and easier access to machine information and settings.

Updated electronic hydraulic controls provide smooth, proportional operation and give the operator greater control when positioning high value machinery and equipment.

The Gen 2 FR 25/35 is powered by a 2.4L PSI dual fuel engine with an updated engine management system.

Next generation planetary drive hubs provide higher torque, upgraded bearings, improved stability and increased load rating.

The updated two speed drive system automatically shifts between ranges, while grade holding helps maintain machine position when stopped on an incline.

With up to 35,000 lbs of lifting capacity, an extendable counterweight system and a compact overall footprint, the Hoist FR 25/35 is designed specifically for machinery moving, rigging and demanding industrial applications.
