The Toyota THDA 40/60 is a high-capacity adjustable-wheelbase forklift designed for machinery moving, industrial rigging, steel handling, equipment installation, and heavy manufacturing applications.
With standard forks, the THDA 40/60 is rated to lift 41,600 pounds at a 36-inch load center with the wheelbase retracted. Extending the chassis increases its capacity to 61,400 pounds at a 36-inch load center.
When equipped with the standard hydraulic machinery boom, capacity is rated at 33,600 pounds retracted and 49,100 pounds extended at the same load center. Capacity varies by attachment, load center, mast, and chassis position.
The adjustable wheelbase provides additional stability for heavier lifts while allowing the machine to maintain a more compact footprint when retracted. This versatility is valuable inside factories, warehouses, data centers, and other confined industrial facilities.
