When the original operating system on a customer’s Versa-Lift 40/60 began causing issues, our service team developed a comprehensive solution: replacing the truck’s original software and controls with our own Forklift Exchange system.

Modernizing the Truck’s Operating System

This project involved much more than replacing a single component. Our technicians reconfigured the truck’s operational system and installed:

• A new MD4 display
• New electronic controllers
• Newly configured operating software
• Remote Control Capabilities Installed

The upgrade replaced the Versa-Lift’s original truck software system, addressing the customer’s operational concerns while providing a modern control and display platform, updated software, and remote-controlled capabilities.

As shown in the accompanying photos, our team carefully integrated the new display and controls into the existing truck. The completed installation reflects the level of technical knowledge, precision, and attention to detail required when working on specialized material-handling equipment.
