Last week, we had the chance to join Diamond Rigging Corp. on a job where they utilized our 100% Electric JMG 35/55 Extendable Counterweight Rigging Forklift. Thank you to our friends at Diamond Rigging Corp. & Hardinge Inc!

We had a great time demoing the unit and seeing it in action firsthand! With up to 8 hours of no-stop run time, the JMG Cranes S.p.A. 35/55 got the job done without ever needing extra juice!

Some of the JMG 35/55’s highlights are: 
• Crane Boom w/ Full Hydraulic Movement: Boom hydraulically extends 144″ and can reach up to 204″. The horizontal section of the crane boom also hydraulically tilts 12 deg + / 5 deg -. Both features can be used with a load.

• Grade Holding: Automatic braking when being used on a slope or incline.

• Zero Turn Radius: JMG provides the industry’s best-turning radius on a 55,000-lb forklift. You can rotate the unit in a perfect 360-degree circle.

• LMI System: JMG’s high-resolution display shows real-time load weight, every machine operating status, and the mast & boom tilt angle. Maximum capacity is calculated instantly as the machine’s configuration changes.

• Removable SSFP Carriage: The carriage can be removed & stored on the accessory holder within minutes, allowing the crane boom to be mounted directly to the mast.

• Radio Remote Control W/ Display: All functions can be operated remotely, including hydraulically tilting, extending/retracting, and lifting/lowering the boom. The display can show the load scale, travel speeds, steering angle, mast & boom angles, and overload warnings.
