At Forklift Exchange, we take pride in keeping heavy industry moving with reliable, purpose-built equipment. One of our latest projects — a refurbished Toyota THD5500 — is now ready to ship to Minnesota, where it will take on a demanding new role in mining operations.

This unit has been rebuilt and upgraded by our experienced technicians to handle some of the toughest tasks in the field. As part of the rebuild, we replaced the standard SSFP carriage with a Weldo Beales T30WR63 tire manipulator, specifically designed for high-capacity tire handling.
With this configuration, the truck will be used by our client to handle and replace Bridgestone 59/80R63 E4 tires — the massive tires found on Cat 797 mining trucks, among the largest machines operating anywhere in the world.

Every detail of this refurbishment was approached with precision and care — from the hydraulic upgrades to the electrical systems and safety components. The result is a like-new machine that delivers dependable performance and control for some of the most demanding industrial environments.
At Forklift Exchange, we specialize in custom rebuilds and modifications that allow our clients to get the most out of their equipment investments. Whether it’s a unique attachment, a specialized carriage, or a full system overhaul, our goal is to deliver solutions that meet real-world operational needs.
