The JMG MC100.08 is a compact, battery-powered crane designed for lifting and moving heavy loads in industrial facilities and other space-constrained environments. The model provides a maximum hook capacity of 33,000 lb, with actual capacity governed by the selected boom, counterweight position, load radius and applicable load chart.
The MC100.08 uses front-wheel electric drive, rear hydraulic steering and counter-rotation capability for maneuvering around machinery and inside facilities. Radio remote control allows the operator to control the crane while choosing a suitable position for visibility of the load and travel path.
The crane measures approximately 11′ 5″ long, 5′ 3″ wide and 6′ 8″ high in its base configuration. It uses four front cushion tires and two rear cushion tires.
JMG offers the MC100.08 with three interchangeable boom arrangements:
Hook and fork capacities vary by boom configuration, extension, load radius and counterweight position. Confirm the supplied boom and review its load chart before choosing the crane for an application.
The platform also incorporates an extendable rear counterweight system with real-time capacity calculation and two removable counterweights. Available accessories may include hydraulic forks, a hydraulic winch, mechanical extensions and hydraulic jibs. Optional equipment should be confirmed on the quotation.
The MC100.08 is intended for controlled lifting and material-handling work where compact dimensions, electric operation and precise positioning are important. Potential applications include machinery moving, manufacturing, plant maintenance, aerospace, energy and warehouse operations.
